Boil Advisory
March 12, 2025
For
3235 – 4588 Little Hurricane Road
4310 – 4335 Little Hurricane Lane
4590 – 4603 Little Hurricane Drive
3/12/2025 through 3/14/2025
There will be a temporary interruption in service for all homes at the above addresses on
Wednesday, March 12th.
When the water is restored, we recommend that you boil the water for at least 5 minutes prior to using it for brushing teeth, preparing food, or drinking. This boil advisory will be in effect until
12:00 pm, March 14, 2025.
If the water appears "milky" in color when it is restored, it may be necessary to let a faucet run for a few minutes to clear the air from the lines. MCRW will be acquiring bacteriological sampling over the next few days and additional chlorine will be used to disinfect the lines.
MCRW will be flushing the main lines until sample verification is complete. If the boil advisory is lifted early or extended, there will be additional notification at MCRW.org
It is not necessary to boil the water for pets, livestock, clothes washing, and bathing.
Please contact the office with questions or concerns.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
