WATER SOFTENER DATA
When setting a water softener, the hardness setting is 21-22 grains per gallon, or 364 parts per million. The PH level is 7. Also keep in mind that running a water softener will cause your usage to increase. See your manufacturer's data for estimated increase in water usage.
