Morgan County Rural Water Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Make payments through the green "Pay Your Bill Now" box on the right of this screen. A processing fee will be applied to all debit/credit card payments . The fee is $1.75 for payments under $63.00 and 2.75% for payments over $63.00.

Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and applied to your account with MCRW. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply print and sign the Autodraft Form located in the Individual Forms Section. Then forward it to us, with a copy of a voided check for deduction from a checking account or a savings deposit slip to be deducted from a savings account.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with the return portion of the bill. This will help ensure proper posting of the payment to the correct account(s). Please allow 5-7 business days for the payment to reach our office. To prevent late fees the payment must be received in the office by the 17th. Late charges are applied the same day that past due notices are mailed. The due date shown on past due notices is the 25th and this is to prevent disconnection. Please note that returned checks/ACH need to be paid with cash or money order. We cannot accept checks or debit/credit for returned items.
Pay by Phone
IVR phone payment is available by calling 765-342-7370 and choosing option 3, or by dialing 844-278-7793. Payments must be made using debit/credit card and there is a convenience fee for using this service. Please also be aware that there must be an amount due on the account, in order to use this feature. Partial payments can be made with this service but overpayments cannot. This is a 24-hour service, so payments can be made outside of regular business hours.
Pay in Person (TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE - THE LOBBY IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE)
You may pay your bill in person at our office located at the entrance of Lake Edgewood. We accept cash, check, money order, and debit/credit. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover. There is a convenience fee for payments made via debit/credit card. Please note that returned checks/ACH need to be paid with cash or money order. We cannot accept checks or debit/credit for returned items.
After-Hours Drop Box
The drop box is located in the parking lot. Please do not put cash in the drop box. Checks and Money Orders are recommended for after-hours payment. Please come into the office for service requests or call during office hours. The request will not be received until the following day if placed in the drop box. Payment for reconnection of service should be made in the office or over the phone during office hours. Please note that returned checks/ACH need to be paid with cash or money order. We cannot accept checks or debit/credit for returned items.
Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take 7-10 business days to post to the customer's water account, so please allow plenty of time for the transaction to take place to prevent receiving a late charge on your water bill. Please consult with your bank for more information.
